Once we have received your order, Ritz Kracker Whips will contact you with a final price and estimated completion time of your order.
Payment Policy:
Ritz Kracker Whips Requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit on all custom orders. Once your deposit has be received your whip with be started. once your whip is finished you will receive a completion email and a picture with your remaining balance and shipping information. Payment is Due 30 days of the date the completion email has been sent. Ritz Kracker Whips reserves the right to resale and stock any and all whips that don't meet the 30 day notice, at full price.
Returns:
Whips need to be returned to Ritz Kracker Whips within 7 days of the date the whip was received. You are responsible for shipping costs. Whips must be in the same condition as when shipped out. Once we receive the whip and determine that the whip can be resold, your money will be refunded. No refund on whips returned damaged or unsalable.
Warranty:
Ritz Kracker Whips guarantees all whips to be free of any defects caused by poor workmanship or poor quality materials. If you receive a whip that you feel is defective in any way, please contact us directly so we can work out a return.
